As people, we so often build our lives on false foundations in our own strength until we get stuck and realise that we need help. We must be willing to surrender these false foundations to God before He can cleanse us. Most of the hidden barriers to our progress (spiritual and physical) today are usually rooted in the unresolved issues, unmet needs, and unhealed hurts or traumatic experiences from the past. We try to leave them behind, to become unstuck and move forward in life, but we are unable to unless we allow the Holy Spirit to help identify these roots. Jesus said that we will know the truth and the truth will set us free – John 8:32. In the first training we look at some of the foundational truths we need to know as believers and employ them to make objective evaluation of where we are presently. This will enable us to identify our current thinking patterns that may be damaging to us and our relationships. We will focus on some foundational teachings and will provide a solid framework of guidelines for ministry. Key steps in the healing process will also be identified.
