Over the years of teaching and ministering to many Christians, we have found that there are so many who are hurting, suffering from disillusionment, feeling alone and unfulfilled. Many Christian struggle with anger and are always on a short fuse – some even cannot say why they feel so angry. They walk around being triggered all day long because they carry deep rooted wounds from childhood without being aware of such wounds in their soul, they feel trapped and helpless. In a lot of cases, most of the damage is done during childhood. A child’s self-worth is shattered, before he/she has had a chance in life through ridicule, a lack of and affirmation, abuse and exclusion by others.

Such children will grow up with varying degrees of issues of insecurity, and are so filled with fears of rejection and failure that these have shaped their personality far more than they realise with debilitating effects on their destiny. As much as they try to work on their relationship with the Lord, they cannot seem to be able to focus and open up to hear from God and allow His love to flow through them. As a result, they have not been able to gain the mind of God and get rid of ungodly thinking patterns. This leaves them unable to discern or “prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God” for their life could possibly be.

This is one of the tricks and lies of the devil for the purpose of stealing their identity and crippling them from knowing who they truly are in Christ Jesus.

These problems affect such Christians in their various relationships, resulting in unresolved conflicts in marriages, as well as other relationships, unhealed wounds, and unmet needs. Failure to recognise that they have formed, and are subconsciously holding onto ungodly patterns of coping, can leave the believer with an unpleasant sense of being trapped, not knowing how to escape or where to go for help.

All Christians who are puzzled as to why their struggles persist, because they thought that the moment they accepted Jesus into their lives, they would instantly have freedom from all bondages. It is for anyone who would like to meet with Jesus, receive healing and freedom ministry.
